Mark Cole Greene (1955 –2005) was the proud son of successful Texas author A.C. Greene. Mark was born with a birth injury and it was thought he would never read, ride a bike, or operate at a mature level, but he proved them all wrong with his determination and the support of his family. After his mother’s passing, Mark went to live in a supportive facility and it was there he started painting. He painted his favorite subjects of Native Americans, memories, horror movies, and Broadway shows. He developed signature starry skies and bird-like clouds in his Texas landscapes.
